Sam's half birthday!

On Wednesday Sam celebrated his half birthday at Free Spirit Preschool. All of the children with summer birthdays get to have a "half" birthday during the school year. Sam was pretty excited. This first picture is of the class singing to him, it was so funny because he acted like he was embarrassed. Right before this picture was taken he was singing a song in front of the entire class by himself, so I don't think he really gets embarrassed easily.

Sam's teachers gave him a gift bag full of goodies and this is Sam embarrassed about everyone watching him open it (book was included).
Sam chose to take individual ice cream cups to share with everyone at school. It was a big hit.

Here is a picture of Sam being the model student that he always is. (I really hope that I am not jinxing myself on how good of a kid he is!)

I went to that same preschool! What a blast from the past! Half birthday's make more sense than the "unbirthday" celebrations we have here.

I love the half birthday idea! It's hard when you have a summer birthday and you never get a special day at school!

Happy half Birthday Sam- and Happy Birthday to you! Oh, and I was thinking, it's not too late for you to get pregnant and have a baby this year! That would mean all 4 of you girls would have a baby in 2009!! Wouldn't that be NEAT? What do you think ???...
